Returns and
Refunds

Unconditional guarantee. If you are unhappy with Sob’r-K™ for any
reason, LifeStyle Marketing Inc. will refund the purchase price of the
product.
LifeStyle
Marketing Inc. will not refund for shipping or handling.
To receive a
refund, you must send, proof of purchase, maximum of two empty packs, and
all other packs that was purchased but are unopened to: Sob’r-K™
Refund, 1660 Lakeside Dr. #447, BHC, AZ 86442.
All other
products - as stated from the factory warranty.
Refunds may take
up to 4 to 8 weeks to process.
Shipping and Handling *
LifeStyle Marketing will ship all orders NLT than the next business
day.
Our S&H are based on our average cost per order for the year. The
additional amount over postage is for handling (S&H). First class and
priority mail is handled in the same manner at the Post Office. The Post
Office has two types of facilities one for processing first class and
priority mail and another for 3rd Class. We have tested first class mail
with priority mail and there is no difference in delivery time.
We do have one of the lowest S&H on the net and we base our price on
our yearly average cost. If we shipped all the smaller orders priority
mail the postage would be $4.50 and we would still have to charge for
handling.
Several times a year we offer our repeat customers FREE Shipping and
Handling. Many of our repeat customers will order the 12 bottles for
$99. Even though the postage is $8 to $10 we still only charge our low
flat rate.
